• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Provision of Media Monitoring Services for IRENA Scope of Work 1. Comprehensive monitoring of IRENA online media coverage worldwide and other designated topics and campaign such as Renewable Energy key words for the full contract period. 2. Global, multilingual monitoring of media worldwide, including through Internet publications. Languages covered should, at minimum, include: Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. 3. Online interface/dashboard for monitoring/platforms 4. Ability to view and retrieve specified media monitoring data at any point in time, or over a designated period of time, through an online platform, including retroactively. 5. Ability to run and/or save multiple searches at once so as to ensure ongoing monitoring of key issues or reports 6. Data, analysis and graphics for periodic reporting to IRENA members and other stakeholders, showing the impact of IRENA communications activities globally or in selected regions or countries. 7. Access to a global media contact database, with detailed contact information for global journalists. Ability to target media relations by identifying and responding to relevant journalists worldwide. 8. Ability to create and manage contact database. 9. Ability to distribute press releases to unlimited numbers of contacts, avoiding mails being routed to spam folders. 10. Access for multiple users (designated IRENA staff or consultants). 11. Training for expected users (virtually or at IRENA headquarters) to include the proper setup/management of the service (importing media lists, created branded collateral, setting up search agents etc). 12. Follow-up as needed throughout the contract period to ensure optimal use of the service. 13. Ability to create and circulate customizable newsletters to subscribers. 14. Ability to monitor broadcast media coverage. 15. Ability to identify tonality of coverage 16. Support from service provider in developing search terms and conducting analyses as needed.
