To provide consultancy and services on Internal Communications including but not limited to: In-Depth current situation analysis and recommendations provision Delivery of an internal communications strategy with effective framework, key messaging, content, detailed tactical plan with KPIs and schedule. Enhancing/developing internal platforms and communication channels. Developing experiential employee journey and touchpoints. Providing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports to measure the effectiveness of communications, areas of improvement, employee engagement.
