• Tenders are invited for Provision of Hazop and Sil Studies Services for Production and Power System Facilities. Issue Date: 25/09/2023 14:05 Bid Closing Date: 06/11/2023 14:00 Scope of Work The brief scope of supply/work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following: • Review As-built Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID) and deliver Soft and hard PID documents. • Review Existing HAZOP and SIL study for gap Identification for CPF1, CPF2, CPF3, PP1, PP2, PPE, SWP1 and SWP1E • Review and ensure existing SIL level is fit for purpose. • Ensure all proposed control measures are implemented for existing assets by reviewing safety barriers for each HAZOP loop in Digital Closed System (DCS) and all safety-critical elements on site SIL level. • Review Hazard Identification Studies study (HAZID) since changes and extensions were implemented • Review asset integrity management system for static equipment. • Sort out recommendations report (HAZOP findings)
