- Quotation are invited for Provision of Beneficiaries Laptops Managed Services. BIDDING OPENS ON: 7 February 2024 DUE ON: 14 February 2024 SSA is seeking proposals to procure QTY. 60 laptops and QTY. 1 dedicated on-site resource (full-time) to manage laptop operations, including image preparation, laptop assignments, store-level support, and end-user assistance for hardware and software requests. Awarded vendor will have to dedicate a support individual to be stationed at our SSA building during official working hours. Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals, including: 1. A detailed scope of services, including a timeline for implementation. 2. A breakdown of costs associated with providing the requested services. 3. Information on the qualifications and experience of the proposed resource. 4. References or case studies demonstrating successful execution of similar projects.
