ADSG is seeking to adopt Digital Libraries that are basically decentralized and easily extensible, able to support interoperability between different tools, applications and systems; able to support a rich information seeking environment; and scalability in terms of the size of the system (users, tools, information). The project aims to enhance the capabilities, knowledge, and skills to achieve and contribute to building a continuous learning environment.
