Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Professional Services to Improve Asset Management and Update Asset Valuation Systems of DMT and Affiliated Entities (Sourcing Event) This project will provide on-call Asset Management Services for the Asset Management Division of the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) including the ad-hoc asset management tasks. These services may include the review of current AM system practices, tools, framework, relevant documentations of polices / strategies and suggest then implement enhancements and improvement or as instructed or directed by the AM division and particular deliverables to support achieving / renew ISO 55000 certification and requirements for the affiliated entities and DMT. Establish Valuation Engine(s) within the existing systems (“Osool - Infor” & Maximo) in order to automate and keep the valuation update to date, review and verify input data such as unit costs, useful life, decay curves, propose and deliver enhancement for credible output. QA/QC review of surveyed data, ensure compatibility for multi-purpose, review current data collection strategy, frequency, data processing, etc.
