• Description:
• Pre-Qualification for Technology Managed Services - IT End User Support & Infrastructure Operations (P1): DMT-s ITAS provides innovative, responsive, well-timed, resilient, and secure information technology services to its customers. The existing managed services contract which covers DMT and Affiliates will expire on Jan 31, 2025. The purpose of this pre-qualification is to solicit initial screening of competencies of various prospective bidders, conduct a fair screening based on the criteria listed herein, and select the those who best represents the strategy and direction of DMT. The successful bidder(s) will be engaged on a 3 year contract to partner with DMT. Bidders are requested to submit the prequalification supporting documents as per the attached Pre-Qualification Selection Criteria.
