Note:: The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff and equipment to perform the administrative duties in executing the Contract -
Note:: The Contractor shall protect the site from unauthorized entry and fire and shall control his labour force to prevent nuisance or trespass on the adjacent property -
Note:: Accommodation and buildings including offices, compounds, stores, mess rooms and living accomodation including boarding roofs, screens, guardrails, pantries, gates etc… -
Note:: The Contractor shall ensure that exessive noise and polution does not occure during the execution of the works. -
A: Provide performance security as per the Contract documents - 1 Sum
B: Provide insurance of the works as per the Contract documents - 1 Sum
C: Provide Third party insurance as per the Contract documents - 1 Sum
D: Provide Workmen compensation insurance as per the Contract documents - 1 Sum
