A: The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff and equipment to perform the administrative duties in executing the Contract - 540 Day

B: The whole of the Works shall be under the full time supervision of the Contractor - 540 Day

C: The Contractor shall protect the Site and Works from unauthorized entry and fire and shall control his labour force to prevent nuisance or trespass onto adjacent property - 540Day

Note: Safety, Health and Welfare of Workpeople -

D: The Contractor, and all persons employed by him on site, shall comply with all Acts, Orders, Laws and Regulations concerning the safety, health or welfare of workpeople - 540 Day

Note: EMPLOYER'S FACILITIES -

Note: Temporary officeaccommodation for the exclusive use of the Engineer and his representatives including all furnishings, fittings, computers, photo copier, services, parking areas and related facilities; as specified in contract documents -
