Description:
Quotation are invited for Periodic Inspection of Lifting Equipment. Your quotation must be submitted electronically via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying BodotaLB@state.gov and marking the subject line “Quotation Enclosed - Solicitation No.: 19TC1023Q0003″. Quotations must be received on or before June 02, 2023, at 4:00pm (UAE time). No quotation will be accepted after this time. Direct any questions regarding this RFQ by telephone at +971-2-414-2492. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-quotation conference will be held on Monday, May 11, 2023, at 10:00 am (local time) at the US Embassy Abu Dhabi. Prospective offerors/quoters shall submit duly filled Site Visit Access Request Form via email at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov copying BodotaLB@state.gov by May 9, 2023 at 10:00 am (local time) along with ID copies of its delegated staff, to arrange entry to the building.
