• Quotation are invited for Oracle Hardware Support Renewal Department of Municipalities and Transport is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with a bidder to consolidate the Oracle Hardware support services from the principle in additional to partner level services and proactive maintenance. The purpose of this RFP is to achieve the following objectives: • Renew existing Oracle Hardware support. • Provide proactive maintenance services from the partner. This RFP requires all services necessary to provide DMT KPIs, delivered by a duly certified Field Delivery Partner for the HW & SW vendor. The support services and add on services must be delivered for one Year. (Please check the attached Project Specifications Document for full project details)
