- Opportunity Description : 1: 1- Supply and application of complete coating system over existing pre-painted wall panels, including full surface cleaning, light abrasion, primer, and finish coats, using Jotun-approved or equivalent industrial-grade materials suitable for exterior cladding in hot and humid environments.
Opportunity Description : 1: 1- Supply and application of complete coating system over existing pre-painted wall panels, including full surface cleaning, light abrasion, primer, and finish coats, using Jotun-approved or equivalent industrial-grade materials suitable for exterior cladding in hot and humid environments.
2-Surface Preparation
* Clean all existing pre-painted wall panels using detergent solution and
pressure washing to remove dust, dirt, and chalking.
* Lightly abrade glossy areas using sandpaper to ensure proper adhesion - 1 EA
2: 4- Topcoat Application
* Apply 2 coats of Jotun Hardtop AX (2K Polyurethane) or equivalent at 25 30
microns per coat.
* Maintain even film thickness for smooth and uniform appearance.
* Use airless spray or roller as per site conditions.
* Ensure minimum 4 6 hours recoat interval and apply under suitable weather.
* Paint system comes with an 8-year performance warranty ensuring long-lasting
protection
5- Finishing & Inspection
* Final inspection for gloss uniformity and DFT.
