Tenders are invited for Modification Works for Co Education Campus at Al Ain. Start Date of the Tender : 01-Jul-2021 End Date of the Tender: 25-Jul-2021 Contact Details • Contact Name: Ms. Eiman Alnaqbi • Department: Procurement & Contracts • Email: ealnaqbi@hct.ac.ae • Office Number: 02 206 929 The scope of works are as mentioned below: Block A: 2.1 Convert the Male wash room to Female wash room (F06B - 1st Floor) • Supply and install female door signage with LOGO to match with existing signage. 2.2 Refurbishment of the Female students Majlis • Remove the floor carpet, ceiling tiles, light fixtures and all accessories and hand over to HCT. • Supply & application of two coats of painting with emulsion silk or mat finish for internal wall including preparation of the surface, levelling, primer, base and final coats from the approved supplier. • Supply & install paper backed designer wall paper for specific areas. • Supply and install carpet tiles with a design pattern to make the room more lively and attractive. • Supply and install 5 window blackout roller blinds of 1.2 x 1.50 Mts each as specified. • Supply and install 80 cms gypsum bulk head including LED strip cove lighting & Spot lights at a spacing of 1.5 Mts. Balance area shall be covered by 60 X 60 mineral fiber ceiling tiles with all accessories and re-fix all the removed light fixtures, HVAC diffusers, IT & all other service accessories. • Supply and install 2.5 x 0.8 m mirror with necessary back frame and install LED strip cove lighting. • Supply and install L shape sand blasting stickered 10 mm thick tempered glass partition with aluminum frame (L1= 1.5, L2= 1, H= 1.8) Mts with proper support.
