Quotation are invited for Modification in M-Station`s gt11 Extended co2 Discharge Line (20mm) to Integrate the New Emergency co2 Trailer STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be `DDP` delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is `30 days credit` from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest. SPECIFICATION MODIFICATION IN M-STATION`S GT11 EXTENDED CO2 DISCHARGE LINE (20MM) TO INTEGRATE THE NEW EMERGENCY CO2 TRAILER. TE CHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1- MODIFY THE EXISTING LINE TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL PIPING ARRANGEMENT (D= 20MM) AS SHOWN IN THE TYPICAL DIAGRAM ABOVE. ACTUAL DIMENSIONS TO BE TAKEN AT SITE BEFORE QUOTING 2- PROVISION OF TWO MANUAL BALL VALVES (NOT INFERIO R TO SS316, 1500 LB) BEFORE THE OUTLET 3- FITTINGS: 2 UNION COUPLING, 1 EQUAL TEE, 1 ELBOW AND ANY OTHER IF NECESSARY. ALL FITTINGS SHALL BE FORGED STEEL, SCREWED, 3000 LB AND CONFORM TO ASTM A105 4- THE PIPE MATERIAL MUST CONFORM WITH THE-REQUIREMENTS OF ASTM A 106 GRADE B, HOT FINISHED AND COLD DRAWN, SCH80 5- ALL PIPE AND FITTINGS SHALL BE HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED
