• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Minor Civil Works and Parking Infrastructure Maintenance in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi The Integrated Transport Center, hereinafter referred to as “Centre”, is seeking the specialized professional services of well-reputed and highly qualified general contractor, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, who shall provide high quality works for the maintenance and related construction works for parking management in Abu Dhabi Emirate. 1.2 The Tender shall cover new sector roll out and maintenance works in all sectors including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works (as applicable) to improve, upgrade and or modify the existing sectors in Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All works under this Contract shall be performed as per the requirement of the Centre. 1.3 The major works shall include the following: a) Maintenance works related to parking areas and general improvement works in the sectors b) Miscellaneous new works to rollout parking management in new sectors: 1.4 Additionally, at locations where the existing sectors and parking areas have to be reconfigured to meet the needs of the Parking Management Program, the works shall include but not limited to the following: a) Removal of existing curb, tiles, adjustment of existing manholes to new finish level; b) Removal of existing asphalt, excavation, widening; and c) Reconstruction of roadways, parking bays, islands and sidewalks. 1.5 Contract Duration - The duration for the Contract shall be 24 Calendar Months. 1.6 Project location - Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Baniyas, Shahama, Khalifah City, etc. as well as Al Ain, Al Dhafra and its environ.
