Quotation are invited for Media Event Launch on 24-Apr-2024 The aim of the Department of Health (DOH) is to launch a media event to announce one of our important strategic projects with relevant internal and external stakeholders. To execute this event, support is needed to provide infrastructure and technical support for the equipment within DOH space. SITE VISIT - Contact : Mr. Sultan Al Hosani Mob: 0566220077 • The media event launch to be executed on 24-Apr-2024 13:00Hrs to 15:30Hrs. Location : DOH HQ. Objective: Ø Arrange equipment procurement for necessary equipment needed including the stage, sound system, 15 cocktail standing tables, and media wall Scope of Work: To handle logistics and equipment procurement including set-up and tear down, ensuring timely delivery and technical support for the audio equipment if required. 1.
