• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Leasing of 9 Electric Abra by a private party for 5 year term All offers must be accompanied by a Bid Bond worth of (2%) valid for (120) days and renewable automatically before its expiry for further periods each of them equal 30 days. If your offer does not include the required Bid bond, it will be rejected immediately. The original bid bond should be submitted physically to Vendor Affairs Section (RTA Headquarter, Ground floor , Block C, Customer happiness Center , Counter 8 , 9 ) located at Marrakesh Road, Al Garhoud from 08:00 Hrs. till 14:00 Hrs At least 24 hours before Tender Opening Date. Bid Bond Instructions: • Bid Bonds should be provided physically to the Vendor Affairs Officer in order to be attested /verified/ stamped on/before (13-JUN-2021)., • Vendor will get a scanned colored copy of the same for uploading it into the e-tendering system • The original bid bonds will be kept with RTA Vendor Affairs Officer until finalizing the tendering process and announce the winners, accordingly bid bonds will be auto released as per the approved procedures 5. Undertaking Letter Instructions: • Undertaking letter should be provided physically to the Vendor Affairs Officer in order to be attested / verified / stamped on/before (13-JUN-2021) • Vendor will get a scanned colored copy of the same for uploading it into the e-tendering system • The original undertaking letter will be kept permanently with RTA Vendor Affairs Officer. 6. Offers must be valid for (90) ninety days. RTA reserves the right to extend the validity of offers for another (30) thirty days, if required. 7. The offers must be submitted online through the e-tendering system hosted in RTA website www.rta.ae → VIMS → Tendering System (Technical offers (if applicable), Financial offers and the bid bond should be uploaded). no later than 10:00 PM of the date of 14-JUN-2021
