• Quotation are invited for MBZ Package 41 - Lead Design Consultant. Project Name: Works to raise the efficiency of infrastructure in the ME9 - ME12 basins - Mohammed bin Zayed City - Lead Design & Independent Cost Consultancy Services, Pkg-41 Task Nr. 41 The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of a capable and experienced Design Consultant with a reputable experience in designing both Roads and Landscaping to be undertaken at Mohamed Bin Zayed City (MBZ) Zones ME09 -ME12 in the five specific high-density sectors. There are also 23 local schools that will need surrounding improvements in traffic. This design will conclude with the production of 5 tenders to be executed by subsequent contractors. The Scope of Work requires: • Geotechnical Study of the area, covering every lineal meter • Full factual report and interpretive report providing recommendations for improvements with options. • Design for each sector Roads & landscaping. • Design for local traffic improvements around schools. • Project Management of Design Services) • Design Services (inclusive of all specialist design disciplines) • Scoping, specification, and procurement of all surveys/site investigation/site analysis - • Construction Design Support Services • Employer-s Design Guardian • Cost and Commercial Management Services through independent consultant. • Procurement and Tendering Support Services (forms part of above Cost and Commercial Services BIDDING OPENS ON: 1 May 2024 DUE ON: 25 May 2024
