DOCUMENT FEES: AED 1000 + 5% VAT (NON REFUNDABLE) General Instructions: (DOC202140129) Deposit the Tender Fee at any of Etisalat payment machines (available in malls and Etisalat business centers across UAE) using Tendering Services option and provide the details to tender@etisalat.ae to complete bidder activation process. Bidders outside UAE may contact Etisalat Tender Section via tender@etisalat.ae regarding payment of Tender Fee. Activated bidders can access the Tender document through Etisalat Ariba Online Procurement system.
