• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Installation of Acoustic Panel & Av Equipment. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is to obtain competent contractor to supply acoustic fabric wall panels, audio/video equipment, furniture, and install/commission for the Studio room in the Chancery Building at the American Embassy Compound, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Embassy of the United States in the United Arab Emirates will launch the solicitation on the www.sam.gov website when it is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
