Tenders are invited for Impedance Tube for Measuring Acoustic Properties. Bids Submission From Wed, 22-Mar-2023 03:00 PM To Thu, 06-Apr-2023 11:00 PM measuring acoustic properties is required. This system will be used to measure the acoustic properties for insulation materials. Acoustic testing should be performed according one of the ASTM standards like ASTM C384-04. Here are the main specifications of the required instrument: 1. The requirement is for an impedance tube that can be fully assembled and used to measure the sound absorption coefficient of various materials. 2. The equipment should be able to comply with relevant ASTM standards for measuring sound absorption coefficient for insulators 3. The impedance tube apparatus should include a signal generator, specimen holder, speaker, signal analyzer, microphone, operating system (preferably a laptop), and any other necessary auxiliary equipment to obtain the final sound absorption coefficient. 4. The apparatus must be capable of testing samples of biomass-based, polymeric, and ceramic materials. 5. The specimen dimensions should be specified in the quotation and must be suitable for laboratory-based testing. 6. The equipment should be capable of testing samples at both low and high frequencies
