• Tenders are invited for Group Life, Personal Accident & Disability Insurance for Iraqi Local Employees Fee; $100.00 (NET - Bank charges to be paid by Bidder) Bidder must mention the tender number and title in the bank payment receipt, any receipt without the tender number and title will not be accepted Scope- Bidder shall provide GROUP LIFE, PERSONAL ACCIDENT & DISABILITY INSURANCE for PetroChina-s local Iraqi employees working in Halfaya oil field in Kahla-a, Maysan Province, Republic of Iraq. Scope of work shall cover: Group Life Insurance: Life insurance shall cover death by natural and accident Death. Policy benefit to beneficiaries for employee death is USD 20,000. Accident Insurance: Accident insurance coverage shall include all types of accidents, occurrences or external events, having as a consequence death or the permanent, total or partial, disability of the employee. External events including, but not limited to, war hostilities or war-like operations, and terrorist activities. Coverage must include medical expenses not covered by the medical insurance policy where incurred as a result of accidents, occurrences, or external events whatever their consequence. Accident insurance shall cover all private and government hospitals in Iraq and in other countries, subject to policy requirements. Depending on the type and extent of the disability, the insurance coverage is to indemnify the employee up to USD 20,000.
