• Tenders are invited for Familiarization Trip Application The Department of Culture and Tourism is planning to upgrade the current System of ‘Familiarization Trip (FAM) to include the full process of familiarization. FAM trip is a system that helps DCT in their process of bringing partners (Travel Agents, OTAs (Online travel agents), airlines, media (e.g. journalist), influencers (one participant, e.g. social media influencers), content creators (team of participants, corporate, vendors (e.g. PR agency), government entity and or etc.) to Abu Dhabi to experience the tourism offerings in the Emirates (Exhibition, Museums, etc.) and help the partners build relationships for bringing tourists to Abu Dhabi. aiming to establish the following objectives: • Digitalize the full process of FAM trip which includes participate registration, evaluation/approval, FAM trip declaration, FAM itinerary planner, secure stakeholder-s support/commitment, booking confirmation including flight and ground arrangement), cost sheet, payment, final FAM trip itinerary, post FAM trip survey, operational and management report. • Offer ONE STOP SHOP digital solution by enabling all the users (Admin, FAM Visitors - travel agents, OTAs, airlines, media, influencers, content creators, corporate, vendors, government entity, Abu Dhabi stakeholders and or etc.) to complete the FAM Trip processes. • Perform a check list to ensure all information and documentation required comply with DCT-s requirements. • Enable visitor-s data to link to CRM platform for data management. • All FAM documents/forms including cost sheet, finance report, analytical reports, management report and etc. Generate the report at any point of a time for audit purposes. • FAM itinerary planner to showcase experiences/tourism products list, brief introduction of experiences/tourism products with images, short video and tailor to the market requirements. • Enable stakeholder partners to provide quotation in gross rate and special rate, sponsorship/contribution commitments and etc. for FAM trip costing purposes. • Facilitate booking request and confirmation. (Bookings of attractions, hotels, transportations and F&B) • Send visa application details to hospitality where applicable. • Facilitate approval processes for internal and external parties. • organize payment process and facilitate PR/PO, invoicing and payment • Enhance the satisfaction of the visitors and gather feedback from them at the end of the trip. This includes allowing visitors to upload/share their photos, video, social media post and etc. Perform operational reports (flight/hotel/transfer manifest, survey overview/detail report and etc.) and management report (analytical & statistics report, summary report which includes financial (spent, saving) and fam trip feedback etc.)..
