ISSUE DATE17 Oct 2021 CLOSING DATE24 Oct 2021 ADEK-2021-2405 Abu Dhabi Science Festival 2022 The Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) is pleased to invite licensed companies in Abu Dhabi to bid for the following tender: Abu Dhabi Science Festival 2022 Bidders interested in participating in this tender should send a confirmation email no later than Wednesday, October 20, 2021, to vmpt@adek.gov.ae and alaa.qunsul@adek.gov.ae accompanied with a duly signed Form of Proposer-s Response (included within the tender documents). Interested bidders are required to complete their registration process or update their registration prior to the date of Sunday, October 24, 2021, by visiting the following link: https://adgpg.gov.ae/en/Trading-With-Government/Becoming-a-Registered-Supplier, alternatively, communicate with ADEK suppliers Management Team via: vmpt@adek.gov.ae - 02 6150 432 - 02 615 0885. All interested bidders shall regularly visit this page in order to be informed of any update on the tender before floating it online through the ERP system. Upon receiving the confirmation emails, ADEK shall invite only the Bidders who expressed their interest to participate in this tender and completed their registration to submit their technical and commercial proposals through an online limited Tender. The online tender, includes instructions for bidders, ADEK terms and conditions, detailed scope of work and pricing structure. Bidders- inquiries, if any, shall be sent by the bidders and attended to by ADEK only during the online tender period as per the timetable that will be communicated in ERP tender documents. All proposals must be accompanied with a bid bond (unless waived based on agreed conditions) with a value of AED 80,000 and in the online tender documents before the tender closing date. ADEK has the right at any time to cancel this tender without any legal obligations.
