- Quotation are invited for EAD 5-year 2026-2030 Strategic Plan Update Scope Brief Since its establishment EAD has endeavored to protect the environment and promote sustainability, through innovative environmental management, and impact-oriented policies and regulations, in collaboration with its partners and the broader community. Through its journey to achieve “A sustainable, well-protected and healthy environment that enhances quality of life” EAD achieved a reputable position as a key environmental player both on the regional and global maps. To sustain and grow this pivotal role, EAD adopts a Total Situation Awareness strategy with agile organization mindset, reading the vital signs and variables, responding and acting proactively to the environmental, cultural and organizational changes and needs. The EAD 5-year 2026-2030 Strategic Plan Update, is intended to help EAD build a fresh and updated understanding of the strategic terrains it operates in and interact with, considering the General, Task and Local environments. Based on the strategic analysis and situational assessment, the project will guide the organization in refining or finetuning the strategic direction and reinforcing its strategic priorities. It will further cascade the strategy through the organization down to the smallest functioning units to ensure a firm alignment of the operations and resource utilization with the strategic direction and priorities of EAD.
