  Note: Contractual Requirements
  The contractor shall specify a lump-sum amount against the Contractual Item provided below. The amount specified in the Bill of Quantities are only indicative and shall not be paid to CONTRACTOR. Dubai Municipality will reimburse the actual amount to the CONTRACTOR as a fee for Performance Security & Insurance Items based on invoice submitted by Contractor for respective Contractual Items stated below. -
  A: Performance Security
  Note: DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for Performance Security fees at cost, supported by the surety-s invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative and shall not be paid to the Contractor. The maximum amount for reimbursement of Performance Security fees shall not exceed the ceiling price, calculated as follows: - 1 Sum
