- DMT wishes to engage one or more recruitment agencies for the management of Outsource Resources on a monthly basis for a Contract Duration of three (3) years, On-Call Basis, as and when required basis with a defined and pre-set Agency Markup Fee, and with all Non-Salary Bills to be re-imbursed on “Per Actuals Basis” in accordance to the predefined terms and conditions. The Man-Power Agency recruitment shall mainly focus on the listed below: • Emiratization • Monthly management of the Outsource Resources based on the approved Assignment/Task Order
