• Description:
• Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is looking to enhance its capabilities and capacity during its setup and establishment period by onboarding full-time on-site resources for a duration of 4 months. This RFP aims to identify a partner who will assist the C&I unit in its setup and in revenue generation by leveraging our real estate portfolio, assessing investor opportunities, and identifying new revenue-generating activities. The objective of this engagement is to retain an advisory firm to support on strategic projects and day-to-day activities, including analysing investment opportunities, facilitating workshops, developing, and supporting participation in roadshows, conducting research and identifying trends, creating investor pitch decks, providing strategic investment advice, and streamlining our investment processes.
