• Tenders are invited for Development of ‘Saahat Deira- in Dubai on a Public Private Partnership (Ppp) Basis in the Form of Design, Finance, Build, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (Bot). Upon paying AED 1600/-, Tender Documents can be downloaded from the e-tendering system, starting from the date of 29-AUG-2023 All offers must be accompanied by a Bid Bond worth of (AED 300000/-) valid for (120) days and renewable automatically before its expiry for further periods each of them equal 30 days. If your offer does not include the required Bid bond, it will be rejected immediately.
