- Quotation are invited for Design and Construction of the Clock Structure at the Clock Intersection to Become a Future Icon and Prominent Landmark for the City of Al Ain. The Height of the Structure is Approximately 80 Meters, Extending along the Current Intersection, and in the Middle of the Structure is a Hanging Clock in the Center of the Intersection. The Scope of the Project Work Includes Designing and Constructing the Structure, Making the Necessary Modifications and Additions Surrounding the Area, including but not Limited To: A Modern Plaza Area, Lighted Walkways, Asphalt and Paving Works, Modifying the Surrounding Roads and Outlets, Plantings and Landscaping, Removing the Current Clock Building, Protecting/Removing Conflicting Services, Taking into Account Sustainability Standards in the Design and Implementation of the Project.
