- Dear Vendors, The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in a new tender regarding “The UAE National Education Policy”. Accordingly, we require companies specialized in the field to submit technical and financial offers according to the requirements of the request for proposals (RFP). Attached is the RFP and supporting documents. Please note that this tender will be closed on Wednesday 29/03/2023 at 12:00 PM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate and certified financial offer with stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment 4. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 5. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 6. ICV Certificate 7. SME Certificate (if available) 8. Documents confirming the percentage of Emiratization in the company, at a rate of not less than 2% (Emiratization report).
