- Dear Specialized Companies The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in a tender and the subject of which is to request technical offers from companies regarding a The National Science, Technology & Innovation Festival NSTI 2023 as required by the RFP Attached is the RFP and the clarification meeting link. Please note that this tender will be closed on Friday 25/11/2022 at 11:00 AM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment 3. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 4. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 5. ICV Certificate (mandatory) 6.
