Dear specialized companies The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in a tender and request technical and financial offers from companies to provide a 3-year rate card agreement to provide gifts and giveaways for the Ministry of Education as required by the RFP Attached is the RFP and supporting documents. Please note that this tender will be closed on Wednesday 01/02/2023 at 3:00 PM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate and certified financial offer with stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment 4. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 5. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 6.
