- Dear specialized companies The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in and request technical and financial offers from companies regarding The orientation meeting for new students as required by the RFP. Attached is the RFP and supporting documents. Please note that this tender will be closed on Wednesday 17/4/2024 at 1:00 PM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate financial offer approved by stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment (Please note that if the commercial\trade license activity does not match the nature of the project, the company will be automatically excluded from the tender) 4. A copy of the company's articles of incorporation, certified by a notary public. 5. A letter of authorization to sign contracts on behalf of the company, certified by a notary public. 6. ICV Certificate (mandatory) 7. SME Certificate (if available) 7. Documents confirming the percentage of Emiratization in the company, at a rate of not less than 2%.
