The Ministry of Education is pleased to invite you to participate in a tender and the subject of which is to request technical and financial offers from companies regarding a project to provide and create Framework of specialized competencies for workers in the educational planning UNESCO as required by the RFP: Attached is the RFP and supporting documents. Please note that this tender will be closed on Tuesday 21/03/2023 at 3:00 PM. Documents to be provided: 1. Separate technical offer approved by stamp and signature 2. Separate and certified financial offer with stamp and signature 3. A copy of your company's trade license + partners' attachment 4.
