Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Establishing a Vocational Training Centre Description of services: 1. Design the Curriculum and propose the list of training equipment and furniture. 2. Design the building, develop BOQ and conducting the tendering process. 3. Oversight the construction and defect liability period. Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. The Tenderer shall submit with his Tender a Tender Bond in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or a manager-s cheque from a first class International Bank or a leading UAE Bank. The Bank and the terms of the guarantee shall be subject to the approval of the Employer. The amount of the bond shall be US Dollars 10,000 as security against the withdrawal of the Tender before the expiry of the period of validity of Tenders or otherwise failing to comply with the terms of the Tender.
