Quotation are invited for Construction Services for New Guard Rooms Introduction: The scope will include the construction of 28 Guard Rooms powered by solar energy. These rooms will be distributed across Abu Dhabi and Al Dafra region to support security operations. Each building will be equipped with essential facilities including a bedroom for two guards, bathroom, office space, pantry, and storage area. Project Overview: • The project entails the construction of 28 guard rooms, each meeting specified dimensions and layout requirements. • The guard rooms will be powered by solar energy to ensure sustainability and reduce environmental impact. • The guard rooms will be strategically located across Abu Dhabi and Al Dafra region to enhance security infrastructure. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Construction of 28 security guard rooms according to provided specifications and design. • Installation of solar power systems for each guard rooms, including solar panels, batteries, and inverters. • Provision of essential facilities within each guard rooms, including bedroom, bathroom, office space, pantry, and storage area. • Installation of standalone potable water and sewage systems for each guard room, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Deliverables: • Completed construction of 28 guard rooms according to approved designs and specifications. • Functional solar power systems installed and tested for each guard rooms. • Fully equipped guard rooms with all necessary facilities including bedroom, bathroom, office space, pantry, and storage area. • Standalone potable water and sewage systems installed and operational for each caravan. Timeline: • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed project schedule outlining key milestones and deliverable dates not exceeding 6 months. • The project timeline should account for construction, installation of solar power systems, and commissioning of all facilities.
