Opportunity Description : -: Contractual Requirements -

A: Performance Security

DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for Performance Security fees at cost, supported by the surety's invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative and shall not bepaid to CONTRACTOR. - 1 Sum

B: Insurance of the Work

DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for insurance of work fees at cost, supported by the invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative and shall not be paid to - 1 Sum

C: Third Party Insurance- 1 Sum

D: Workmen's Compensation Insurance - 1 Sum

E: All traffic controls & cordination with approval by the Dubai Police & RTA during the course of the whole works - 1 Sum

F: Submission of monthly progress report with photographs including inventory of DM material on site office to the approvalof the Engineer. - 24 No

G: Submission of design shop drawing required for the work and "As Built" drawings upon completion of works - 1 Sum
