• Description:
• Request for proposals are invited for Channel Filling - Al Dhafra Region Design, Supervision. Overall Scope : The successful Tenderer (hereinafter referred as ‘Consultant-) is to perform the Design, Project Management, Construction Supervision, and Independent Cost Consultant services for the project as identified within this document to the extent as described by this scope of services. The Department of Municipalities and Transport (hereinafter referred to as ‘DMT-) will separately engage with other parties involved in the project (as required) and the Consultant-s scope will be limited to those outlined in the tender documents. Further details of the other parties which the DMT will engage with (as required) will be included in this Scope of Services. The Consultant will be responsible for the overall proactive management of the Project, including all coordination and interfacing with the various stakeholders & third parties and shall include monitoring the performance of any parties contracted to the DMT. The Consultant shall serve as an integral part of the DMT-s team and receive directions from the DMT, attend weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings and workshops.
