- Quotation are invited for Book Fairs Cashless Solution. Implement an end to end solution to automate and facilitate a cashless interaction between sellers (exhibitors) and books- buyers (visitors). This will be accomplished by registering all sale transactions taking place during the book fairs, as a result, collect information and KPI-s about market demands according to books- genres, buyers groups and exhibitors- domain of business. Collected information will be analyzed in order to support management decisions towards enhancing future book fairs services and customers- experience. Furthermore, this feature will empower exhibitors to offer book sales to customers who prefer the convenience of credit card payments, addressing the needs of our exhibitors, many of whom are based outside the UAE and may not have access to cash card machines in UAE. Project major deliverables: 1. Point of sale devices with application to run these devices, required features: - Payment acceptance from the standard credit/debit cards & customizable cards - Fast receipt printing listing sold books and amounts - 1D/2D Barcode Scanning - SIM cards for reliable connectivity 2. Managing both domestic and international transactions for local & international exhibitors 3. Kiosks with capable team for cards issuance, top up, & refund 4. User manuals for exhibitors 5. On the ground support for exhibitors and visitors 6. Comprehensive dashboards to report all sales transactions 7.
