Quotation are invited for Arrangement of Dubai Municipality Environment Clearance STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be `DDP` delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is `30 days credit` from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest. ARRANGEMENT OF DUBAI MUNICIPALITY ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE - 500 CMD STP & 200 CMD STP FOR JAPS ACCOMMODATION. SCOPE OF WORK ·#THE PART IES SHOULD VISIT THE SITES AND CHECK THE REQUIREMENT AND TO QUOTE ACCORDINGLY. ·#EXISTING MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR WILL PREPARE TECHNI CAL REPORT FOR ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE AND CONDUCT NECESSARY SAMPLING TESTS WITH RESPECT TO DM TECHNICAL GUIDELINES. ·#EXISTING MAINTE NANCE CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND PAY THE DUBAI MUNICIPALITY FEES TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE. ·#THE SAMPLING TESTS INCLUDING AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING (NH3& H2S), THIRD PARTY LAB ANALYSIS, MAPPING WITH NEAREST SERVICE RECEPTORS ETC. ·#EXISTING MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR WILL BE SUBMITTING THE REPORT IN THE NAME OF PROJECT OWNER, SO THAT WE REQUIRED
