- Request for proposals are invited for Appointment of External Auditor & Consultant for year 2023. External Auditors for financial statements of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, & Al Ain branch for the year 2023 The Financial statement shall include: • • 1.Consolidated Balance Sheet for the Bank-s UAE Operation. • 2.Separate Balance Sheet for the 4 (Four) branches of the Bank. • 3.Consolidated Balance sheet for both Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Branches. • 4.Translation of consolidated Balance sheet into Arabic for publication in the Newspaper. • 5.Translation of Consolidated Balance Sheet of the 4 (Four) branches as well as consolidated balance sheet for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain in to Arabic. • 6.Management report on Profit repatriation and the quality & Adequacy of the Internal Control System. • 7.Preparation of Appendix ‘B- and ‘C- and other returns as per Central Bank Circular for submission with the consolidated Balance Sheet. • 8.Calculation of different Financial Ratios from the statement. • 9.Any other jobs as and when required. • 10.Miscellaneous related to IAS. • 11.Preparation of Basel & other Financial Statements as and when required by the Central Bank of the UAE. • 12.Review of IFRS-9 & IFRS-16 and reporting Starting Date: 12/11/2023 12:00:00 AM Closing Date: 12/25/2023 12:00:00 AM
