Opportunity Description : : Performance security/Insurances -

A: Performance Security: DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for Performance Security fees at cost, supported by the invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative & shall not be paidto CONTRACTOR. - 1 Item

B: Insurance of the works: DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for insurance of work fees at cost, supported by the invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative & shall not be paid to CONTRACTOR. - 1 Item

C: Third partyinsurance - 1 Item

: Site Administration and Supervision -

E: The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff & equipment to perform the administrative duties in executing the contract. The whole works shall be under full time supervision of the contractorall the time including night shift times (Whenever applicable), Project Staff (Site Engineer, Foreman and Quantity Surveyor) to be approved by DM and to be avilable on daily basis during the whole duration of work orders. - 1 Item

F: Establishment of temporary office,stores, rest rooms, temporary fence, guardrail…etc as per work requirments & DM Engineer Instructions, including maintenance, removal & making good the site after handing over. - 1 Item
