Opportunity Description : : Performance security/Insurances -
A: Performance Security: DM will reimburse the CONTRACTOR for Performance Security fees at cost, supported by the invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount specified in the Bill of Quantities is only indicative & shall not be paid to CONTRACTOR. - 1 Item
