• Request for proposals are invited for ADNET and Infrastructure Support Renewal The agreement mainly involves; but not limited to; establishing a Software and Hardware support agreement between ADDA and a Service Provider who will ensure that all the in-scope IT Infrastructure related toNetwork, Security, Systems and Service Management associated Software and Application Toolsets (listed in the BOQ) are supported by the service provider with backed support contracts that are sufficient in quality and expertise, to ensure the ongoing reliability and availability of ADDA-s Services. The prospective service provider should utilize their experiences and capabilities to support ADDA in achieving its requirements and key elements in the most effective way possible. The service provider should consider all innovative options such as: Tiered Support levels if needed based on Criticality, Urgency and Priority
