• Quotation are invited for Accumulation of Sand and Sludge in the Forebay and Pump Bay of the Plant STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be `DDP` delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is `30 days credit` from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest. SCOPE OF WORK: 1.#DUE TO CONTINUOUS FLOW OF SEA WATER TO THE PLANT, THERE IS ACCUMULATION OF SAND AND SLUDGE IN THE FOREBAY AND PUMP BAY OF THE PLANT, THE DEPOSIT ARE ESTIMATED TO BE AROUND 100-150 M3, CONTRACTOR SHALL DEPLOY MANPOWER AND MATERIAL FOR REMOVAL OF SAND AND SILT WITHIN STIPULATED TIME PERIOD OF 10 DAYS. DURING D. STATION PH-2 TOTAL OUTAGE (EXPECTED FROM 01/04/2021), THE CONTRACT OR WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO CLEAN THE GROOVES OF THE LOG GATES FOR TW SCREENS, PUMP PITS, FORE BAY ISOLATIONS. THIS WILL BE CONSIDER ED AS A PART OF THE CONTRACT 2. #IT IS CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE ALL TOOLS AND TACKLES ALONG WITH LIFTING TOLLS AND BASKE TS TO REMOVE THE SEASHELL AND CONTRACTOR SHALL BE ABLE TO MOBILE WITHIN SHORT PERIOD 2-3 DAYS OF TIME. 3.#BEFORE STARTUP OF THE
