The Description: - The Emirates School Education Foundation invites all suppliers and qualified service providers registered with the Ministry of Finance, to participate in the tender/practice the subject of this statement, taking into account each of the following: General notes: - Once subscribing, The participating company acknowledges that it is fully aware of all provisions of Cabinet Resolution No. (4) of 2019, and approval of what is stated in it. - The bid is provided electronically through the system of government practices and tenders to registered suppliers (Federal Financial System - Ministry of Finance). - The provider of the tender is obligated to provide a bank guarantee (primary insurance) manually at the headquarters of the federal authority and a maximum laterness on the closure of the lure of offers (tender or practice), and as shown subsequently from this statement. - The provider of the tender is obligated to what was stated in his tender from the date of his presentation until the end of the period specified for his Syriac, provided that the tender is obligated for a period of (90) days starting from the date of closing the lure offers (tender or practice). - The price provided is final, and it is not permissible to refer to due to the fluctuations of prices, currencies, taxes, or fees, and it continues to adhere to them until the items are delivered, or the completion of works or services in the places and deadlines specified for that. - The supplier must provide the federal authority with all ...
