Introduction 1.1 Preamble 1.1.1 Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) seeks to obtain workshops organization, meetings tutoring and document writing based technical work from qualified advisory firms that will develop the national Essential Health Benefit Package (EHBP) for UAE and accurately estimate the costs of EHBP, and determine how both are interrelated to meet population health needs.
